eloise the musical tamagotchi

eloise is an interactive sound installation. it is based on the idea of “a musical tamagotchi”. this means that if you don’t feed the beast with sounds, the music will die by itself. but if you feed it properly (sing into the microphone when it asks for sound), the music may become fantastic. it highly depends on the audience … for this work , david fenech recorded the music and programmed the software , and stephane ricard designed the body and built eloise using metalic structures, electric bulbs and hand made sewings.
